Return Policy

You may cancel your order at any point before it is dispatched to you. Once dispatched we will not accept cancellation of orders or returns.

We will only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or if it is faulty.

In the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged or faulty please email the Site and return it to the address below. The time limit for returning damaged or faulty products is 7 days from receipt. Your payment and cost of return postage will be refunded within 14 days of receipt to us. We may offer an exchange if appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. Please return the product in its original packaging. Products returned faulty will be tested in confirmation.

If you are returning a damaged or faulty product that was purchased as part of a promotional offer or discounted as part of a combined product or offer and returning only part of that offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Until such time as the products are returned to us, you must retain possession of the items and take reasonable care of them.

Our policy on damaged and faulty products does not affect your statutory rights.
